Had a fantastic visit with the Year Sevens of Dame Alice Owens School in Potter’s Bar today. The students were so welcoming, bright and interested that the time just flew by. They asked brilliant questions and I think there are going to be a few writers in that class…I was lucky enough to then have lunch with the Book Club. I thoroughly enjoyed chatting about YA books and could have stayed for hours! Thanks again to the librarian Sheila Compton and all the students I met today. Hope I can come back some day!
